Five teams of college students attempt to win "The Great All-Nighter", a dusk to dawn scavenger hunt competition throughout the streets of Los Angeles dreamed up by an eccentric grad student.



Many familiar faces in the movie include David Naughton ("An American Werewolf In London"), Stephen Furst ("Animal House", "Class Reunion"), Paul Reubens, Eddie Deezen ("Punky Brewster", "Grease"). It is also the film debut of Michael J. Fox!

It is pretty fun. There are these two weird, overweight twin sisters in the movie. Lol. Michael looks like a baby in this movie. He was like 17 or something.

Michael had a chip on his shoulder throughout most of the movie. He wasn't getting along with his older brother. He comes through in the end.

Even though Disney was involved with this movie, they removed their name from the filmin hopes it would attract more teenagers.

The movie was originally titled "The All Night Scavenger Hunt" but was changed to avoid confusion with a 1979 movie called "Scavenger Hunt".
