Even though im a total jj...rachel was a really great friend to luke...i mean who leaves a guy after not seeing him for yrs because she could tell he was in love with someone else...even though he denied it.

Plus rachel was cool...she got along with everyone too

im a total and complete JJ to but i liked luke and rachel they had a great friendship and i have always loved that she could see even if she stayed it wasn't gonna work so she left so he could be with lorelai and she was so nice to lorelai and rory and everyone

Yep, complete and utter JJ here, but I did like Rachel. I thought she could have been a great friend to Lorelai and it was clear that she truly loved Luke-enough to let him go. I hope, wherever she is, that she is happy.

I love Rachel. I love her maturity and total loyalty and selflessness to Luke. Just wanting him to be happy and telling him to do what he needs to be happy. A true friend. And she respected Luke's friendship with Lorelai from the beginning by being friends with Lorelai.. not alienating her like Nicole did. She understood Luke and Lorelai were friends and let them have their time together and then realized that they liked each other and backed off instead of being jealous.

i loved that she understood that they were friends and she didn't try and stop them being and that she didn't get jealous like nicole did but she backed off and left and told him it was okay and he should tell lorelai how he felt because i don't think alot of people would have done that

yeah it would be great if she came back for an ep or 2 just to see that luke finally told lorelai how he felt

i woneder what she would say about how long it took him to tell her though

Okay curiousity killed the cat and danced on it's grave here. I was wondering what you guys had to say about Luke and Rachel. I liked Rachel, I want to see her back in town. I want to see her tell Lorelai that she left because Luke was in love with Lorelai. I don't want us to forget about Rachel. Oh, and I liked that Lorelai practically ripped Rory's hair out while she was being so jealous of Rachel.
