Does anyone want to get all meta and discuss how women and girls are portrayed on the show? Like, on one hand it's female-centered. there are a bunch of positive female friendships and well rounded characters.

On the other hand... wow, the constant use of "bitch", girl-on-girl bullying... and that fact that Emily's love life is not given the same weight as the others.
