The new E!Online “Vine” asked LG the question. It's short, I transcribed:

I get in trouble every time I actually answer it because it seems like I’m favouring one of the dear boys in real life when it’s really, it is a character thing, which is, there’s something nice to me about if the nuclear, kind of original family got back together. But that doesn’t make it - for her family, that’s exactly what the show sort of talks about. It’s just, I don’t know. Luke’s been sort of crummy lately, can he get it together? I really don’t know. You’ll have to ask, um, my fake daughter, who she’d like her daddy to be. That’s not creepy at all. (last line was sarcastic).
