Episode 1-06- 'Better Halves' recap (Milo scenes)
In Isaac's loft, Peter and Isaac stare at the piainting Peter has just finished. Of Claire being killed.
Isaac- "We have to save her."
The telephone begins ringing, but Isaac tells Peter to ignore it because some Japanese guy keeps calling and leaving messages. Peter realizes it could be Hiro and goes to answer it.
Peter- "Hello?"
Hiro- "Mr. Isaac? Isaac Mendez?"
Peter- "Who is this?"
Peter doesn't recognize Hiro because he isn't speaking perfect English yet. In their car, Hiro holds the phone to Ando so that they can both hear Peter speaking.
Hiro- "Uh... My name is Hiro Nakamura."
Peter- "My name is Peter Petrelli. I have a message for you."
Hiro- (in Japanese) "What did he say?"
Ando- (in Japanese) "He has a message for you."
Hiro- "What mesaage?"
Hiro holds the phone to Ando to get him to ask.
Ando- "What message?"
Peter- "Save the cheerleader, save the world."
Ando repeats it back to Hiro.
Hiro- "Cheerleader?
Ando- "What cheerleader? Where?"
Peter motions for Isaac to come over. Peter repeats Ando's question to Isaac.
Isaac- "I don't know where she is."
Peter- "Yeah, but you painted these."
Isaac- "So did you."
Peter gets back to the phone.
Peter- "We don't know who she is. We don't know where she is. We just know that we have to save her."
Isaac- "Tell him about the guy from the future."
Peter- (to Isaac) "He is the guy from the future."
Peter takes a deep breath, then explains to Ando what had happened.
Peter- "A Hiro Nakamura from the future, who speaks English and carries a sword, stopped time to tell me that I have to save the cheerleader. That's- that's all I know."
Ando turns to Hiro in shock.
Ando- (to Hiro) "You came from the future and... told them to save the cheerleader. And you had a sword."
Hiro- "I had a sword?"
Hiro is thrilled by this.
Peter- "Get to New York. We'll find out where the cheerleader is."
Peter hangs up.
Peter tells Isaac to help him move the new painting over to the others that are hanging on the wall like a comic strip.
Peter- "We must be missing something. Some sign of where they are. See, these paintings, they fit together like pages in a comic strip."
They look at the group of paintings.
Peter- "There's a panal missing. What was right there?"
Isaac- "Nothing. This is everything I painted last night. But there's a piece about that size. I painted it weeks ago. Simone has it."
Peter- "Simone."
Isaac- "She took a bunch of my paintings to sell. It's with them."
Peter- "What was it of?"
Isaac- "I don't remember. I was high."
Peter walks over to the phone to call Simone.
Peter- "Then we need to get it back."
Isaac- "Tell her a guy from the future said you needed it. I'm sure she'll love that."
Peter calls Simone and waits for her to answer.
