ACT TWO
Scene 7 - Day 4 - Pool House Main Room - Rory is pacing in front of her event assistant LACEY, catering manager GLENDA, and designer LANCE. Talking about vintage plates, getting a color picture of the Hollywood Canteen (there may be one in the Getty in California, Rory: "Ugh, California"). Rory gets a phone call from Logan.
Scene 8 - Day 4 - Yale - Logan is walking down a hallway at Yale while talking on the phone with ROry... [skip one page] Paris comes to the poolhouse looking upset. Rory tells Logan she'll call him later. Paris tells Lacey that she's Rory's best friend. Rory and Paris go off to the side, Paris tells ROry that she's broke... [skip 3 pages] Rory says Paris can be a server at the event their planning, Glenda agrees but looks afraid of Paris. Rory gives Paris some money before she leaves. Rory goes back to her meeting.
Scene 9 - Night 4 - Lorelai's house - Luke is making dinner while Lorelai and Paul Anka watch.

ACT THREE
Scene 11 - Day 5 (4 p.m.) - USO event room - The big event. The hall is decked out as the Hollywood Canteen in 1942. Stage with a piano, people arranging chairs, etc. Rory is busily walking through the room with her clipboard talking to someone we don't see. She stops and notices the person isn't there and says "Lacey? Where's my Lacey?" Finds her and they continue checking things off the list.
Scene 12 -
Scene 13 - Last bit of a scene with Sookie and Lorelai. A kid hands Lorelai something but doesn't go away. Lorelai: It's candy! Oh, and it's unwrapped. Sookie: Make it stop! Kids: WE'VE GOT MAGIC TO DO -- JUST FOR YOU... The kids continue singing and undulating. Lorelai and Sookie continue cringing.
Scene 14 - Night 5 (8 pm) - USO room - The band is playing and THREE WOMEN are singing. Rory and Lacey are now dressed in period outfits. They are talking and Lacey finishes Rory's sentences. Rory tells her to remember to have fun. Paris is serving appetizers at the party. A man, WILSON takes one. Paris doesn't leave and instead asks him how it was, but not the food, the transaction. She wants a performance review. EMily and Richard enter the event. A GIRL dressed in vintage clothes greets them. Emily seems pleased.
Scene 15 - Night 5 -
Scene 16 - Night 5 - Event - Lacey pulls Rory away from a group that includes Emily. A group has arrived at the party that wasn't on the list. It's SHIRA HUNTZBERGER with a group of ladies and expects to be accomodated. Rory is pissed, but takes the seating chart from Lacey to work things out.
Scene 17 - Night 5 - Prep area for the event - Caterers are prepping plates, Rory comes in and goes over to Paris who is attempting to load her tray. Paris calls Rory "boss".
