someone asked for Fanfic Recs - so here i go and list a few. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]
"Goodnight You Moonlight Ladies" by Mosca probably one of my favourites (i should really write some feedback [img]smilies/blush.gif[/img] ) - it's a 'what if' story which takes things from the season 4 final. Gillian/Peter. "Fear My Sarcasm" by Mosca short ficlet/POV on how Kyle feels about Lily, his drug abuse and life in general. set during season 5. "Admission Lost" by alaira angsty little ficlet on how Kyle/Lily go on with their relationship after she moved to NYC. "Secrets and Lies" by AngelWings8 awesome insight in Amy's feelings towards Bruce, Stu and Zola. definately a must read! "I Believe" by Molly another 'what if' after 'shock and awe'. though i'm a bit ambivalent regarding the two main story-lines (peter dealing with his loss and kyle's troubled love life) taking place at the same time, i have to say that the author definately knows how to create an atmosphere and has good characterisation. if you like long stories - go and read this! it'll make you cry and make you laugh. "Four Minutes" by Faithful short and cute on Amy/Bruce and what happened between two kisses. set during the first episode of s4. "Judging Lorelai" by Bent crossover with 'Gilmore Girls'. really great story - though sometimes you wish the author would give you more insight in the characters' thoughts. still, everyone is pretty much in character, the plot is pretty original and over all it's a great read. make sure to leave Bent a review and beg him to continue this fabby fab fic! "Judging Joan" by Bunny crossover with 'Joan of Arcadia'. granted - as one of the reviewers said, there isn't much of JA in it yet and characterisation seems a little off at this point. still i have to say that i was sooo happy and amazed to see a crossover between Barbara Hall's two shows that i was thrilled enough to post the link. make sure to encourage the writer to continue. hope that helps.
