Ok, I got the new thread rolling for us. Some suggestions from the last thread during this long hiatus was to play hangman and have some competions( fan art, icons, avs, music video, fanfics Ect.) so the thread just doesnt die down.

Hey all. Just wanted to pop in and say I love the thread title.

No CC scene but I did really enjoy the scenes with Claire/Locke and Charlie/Hurley.

It's just hard for me to trust Locke for some reason. I was scared he was going to drag Claire back to the island people tonight. But the crib was such a sweet surprise.. even though I realized what it was long before Claire did. And when Charlie was going over that bridge.. I told my husband "I'm gonna vomit if he falls." He looked at me like I was a loon.

No CC tonight. And Charlie was acting a bit jerky toward Hurley. I'm letting that go as he just being worried about making it back to Claire and the baby. And even though they weren't on screen, I've decided that when Charlie was coming on screen-right before the guys were leaving-it was telling Claire by. And when Charlie got back, Claire showed him the cradle and told him it's her birthday.

So, that leads me to the very first CC fanfic challenges of the break!

Challenge One:

Write a fanfic in which Charlie tells Claire he is leaving. Challenge can include the following things:

-A worried 'come back safe' from Claire
-Charlie asking Claire to try and remember more.

Challenge Two

Write a birthday fic in which Charlie finds out it is Claire's birthday and decides to do something sweet. Challenge can include:

-Claire showing Charlie the cradle.
-Talk of the baby's name.
-Charlie telling Claire about the walk through the jungle-making himself sound good, of course.

Challenge Three

Write a fic in which Charlie and Claire go on a walk. Fic can include the following:

-Takes place between "Outlaws" and "IT"
-Charlie gives Claire her hat and explains about it.


Secondly, I got a manpic challenge!

-Charlie and Claire at the party for his first CD.
