[Lost in Translation]

Wanting to make a good impression on Logan's (Matt Czuchry) powerful father, Mitchum Huntzberger (guest star Gregg Henry), Rory (Alexis Bledel) learns everything she can about him before starting work as an intern at one of his newspapers. When Lorelai (Lauren Graham) learns that Emily (Kelly Bishop) and Richard (Edward Herrmann) have invited Logan to Friday night dinner, she ends her boycott of family gatherings in order to get to know Logan better. During the evening, Emily and Richard fawn over Logan, but Lorelai sees a side of him that causes her to worry about Rory's involvement with the Huntzberger family. Meanwhile, Lorelai gets an interesting job offer, and Luke (Scott Patterson) tries to talk Taylor (Michael Winters) into closing the Stars Hollow museum. Melissa McCarthy and Liza Weil also star. The episode was written by Bill Prady & Rebecca Rand Kirshner and directed by Jamie Babbit.

Okay: the beginning was pathetic. Rory as an intern. I literally covered my eyes in embarrassment. Emily treating Lorelai like that: Bad Emily! And I say that as a VT. Richard was Richard. Anybody else notice the heavy breathing? I'm thinking it's not Richard, but EH. I started to liked Logan, and then he goes and pulls that stupid stunt and Rory barely said anything. The approval rating went way down. A*sound effects of bombing dropping and exploding on impact*. The ending where Lorelai was thinking of those wonderful business trips. Scary. Plus it goes back to Dean telling Luke that Lorelai wants more than SH and Luke is SH.
Onto Luke: 1) are they paying SP a ton of money per word? Because that's the only explanation for the lack of Luke scenes.
2) I thought we'd get more Luke/Taylor scenes. For crying out loud they were mentionned in the blurb!
3)SP desperately needs a haircut.

Hehe i agree for the 30 seconds i saw in a clip that jojo gave us, far out SP i love ya but cut your hair mate! Season 3 like was nice.
