Hey is anybody here into Lindsay Lohan??

That new movie of hers, Just My Luck, is actually pretty funny.
I found it to be quite funny, and I also love Chris Pine!

The band in the movie, McFly, are also pretty fantastic! They're from the UK and they're pretty popular over there,so I think it's pretty cool that they're coming over to North America now =D

Anybody else like McFly or Just My Luck??

I wanna see Just My Luck, but for Chris Pine & Samaire Armstrong not much of Lohan fan as I used to be.

I'm pretty sure the person who started this thread is related to the production company and spamming (under the guise of being an uber-enthusiastic poster) - typically they overdo it like this.

Nope -haven't heard of the movie, doubt I'll see it, but that's cool.

ETA - oh, wait - is this the movie in which she switches luck with some guy? Yeah...definitely not going to see it. I don't mind the genre when it's well done, but it's been pretty done-to-death, don't you think? Heck, even Ms. Lohan's already done a film in this genre (albeit a bit different premise) - Freaky Friday. Not bad, but not as good as the original.

I'm actually excited about this movie. I mean, Lindsay Lohan nowadays is well, can I say it, {Edited - that's over the top. PM me if you have questions}, but she's definitely above all teen stars. So, I guess that's good.

I was watching Ebert & Roper (sp?) and instead of the usual "thumbs up/thumbs down", Roper actually said "this movie sucks". I don't think I've ever heard them use that particular word to describe a movie before. They usually try to be kind even if they don't like it.

I think I'll be renting this movie or waiting for it to show up on TV just to see if Roper was right.

Thats probably what I will do also, wait until it comes on one of my HBO channels, just like when I saw her movie Herbie Fully Loaded.

Don't know the band but clearly our affiliate is promoting the heck out of them since they're in most of the banner ads at the bottom of these pages! Hee!

I had my doubts about this film just because it's got Lohan, I think with someone else I'd be interested to see but I get the feeling it's that that much of a more grown up film as she's put it at times.

I'll probably end up watchin it on TV, years later & think it wasn't that bad

I was surprised by McFly. I loved them. I'd buy the CD.

that's awesome. you totally should,they're AMAZING. i went and got the album first day it came out haha. i have the 2 albums from the UK,and also the US album. I'm an insane fan, so I'm really glad this movie has brought them out to North America. Regardless of if it does well, at least they got their music out haha. It's cool to see them on TV and everything out here! =D Not to mention, we got an amazing album out in North America as well XD

Just watched this movie last night and I really liked it actually. It was funny and cute.
