And B.D.Wong was superb in the HBO TV series OZ, where LOST's Harold Perrineau was a cast member as well.

There is more casting news on this project. Besides Ian and BD Wong, other members of the cast will include Mark Jax (from NBC TV's "In The Beginning"), Alan Shearman (seen previously in "A Boyfriend for Christmas"), Desiree Siahaan, Lim Kay Tong, Christian Lee, Michael Chow and Brian Dennehy as the Kublai Khan.
BD Wong essays the role of Marco's servant and assistant. Jax will portray Marco Polo's father, Niccolo Polo, and Shearman will play uncle Maffeo Polo. The basic story of this miniseries follows Marco Polo's travels to Mongolia in the 13th century where he was accepted as an envoy into the court of the Kublai Khan and spent 20 years there. __________________

Thank you for that info Gary . B.D. Wong is still the only actor, besides Ian, that I know.
You think Ian must be learning some Chinese words? |

Yeah, Ian is doing really well. I'm very happy he got to do this project and with the lead role. Good for Ian!
Btw, congrats Jenn for being one of the FF video winners! |
