Nope, still waiting, too. On january 4 I got my bill for the additional costs of international shipping from Dena, but after that.....

Yes that's one of my major problems. I have actually seen things I would like to order now, my first order I basically ordered just to help the business but now there is no way I would order anything again. I've heard too many stories about people not getting their orders to try again even if I do eventually receive mine.

You live outside the US, right? Oh dear, guess the norm (at least among us on this board) is months of delay before items are delivered. I hope it doesn't turn into a year or so. I hope too that they fix their delivery system. We've been patient because we support their family, but delays like this can't be good for the business.

Yes, I live in Germany.

Since they seem to be often on the road, but do most of the shipping themselves (that's at least my opinion), it's impossible to ship them faster. They need more people to keep the business running!

Let's see when my orders from july and august arrive.

as you know I'm one of the 'Offical' Bob Supporters. @lissaBOBArmy. I live in Germany and have my orders from Sep still open.
You are right- Dena is doing all the shipping by herself. They had a set back because of their software not running well and they are fixing this. But still, when on the road or when Dena is ill there are more delays. You are all gonna get your orders and we can only beg you to be patient. Bob and Dena are very sorry about the situation and understand that customers are angry. And I agree: It is not good for their business and reputation.
the email: boborderstatus@yahoo.com has still the problem that they are spammed with questions about Ian ( up to 1000mails daily) Angie , Bob's Pa, is helping with this.
That's the info I can give you, well nothing new ;-)
Bob and Dena are working hard, believe me

Yes I did have Angie answer one of my emails and she said she would put my e-mail personally straight through to Bob so he could handle it directly. Well that was in the beginning of February and I still haven't heard anything. I have no doubt they are hard workers but at this point they need to maybe hire more people to do their shipping because believe me once your reputation is gone you have nothing anymore. Hopefully they get something figured out soon. Thanks for the help!

9 months is a long time to wait. a stork has a better chance of delivering your baby in 9 months.
Bob should take care of delivery issues and customer complaints first before taking in any more orders. he's losing more business than gaining if he does not take care of customer service.
He already lost follow-up business with me and that's only after 2 months of waiting and I don't know if I would have gotten my order if I did not complain through PayPal since that was how I ordered my green cross.
I did not post this to shed a bad light but things like this need to be brought to light before things get worse and reputations, especially Ian's, are at stake.

I understand that they do everything themselves and it is a family business with the help of some dedicated volunteers. I just hope that they figure out something soon because even if the products are very nice and the business supports great causes, not getting the orders soon enough makes people wary to order again, and if you don't have repeat customers, the opportunity for growth becomes more difficult. Just from the people who posted on this page, there are already 5 of us who either received their orders after several months or have not received them at all. I think we've all been patient and we're simply concerned on how things can be improved. To Lissa, Nay and Karin, I do hope your orders get to you soon.
